How CV Agro Inti Raya Handles Your Data

This policy explains what personal data CV Agro Inti Raya collects through agrointiraya.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website only.

1. Who We Are

CV Agro Inti Raya is an Indonesian supplier of Palm Kernel Expeller (PKE) to the animal feed industry. Our office is at Ruko Grand Absa Kav. F, Semarang Barat, Central Java, Indonesia. For any question about this policy, write to sales@agrointiraya.com.

2. What We Collect

We collect two kinds of information, and they are collected very differently.

• Information you send us. When you submit the enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp, or e-mail us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, company, e-mail address, phone number, destination port, required volume, and specification.
• Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring website, device and browser type. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile built for advertising.

3. Why We Use It

Enquiry data is used to answer you and to prepare a quotation — nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade contact details, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list without asking.

• Responding to your enquiry and issuing quotations
• Coordinating specification, shipment, and export documentation
• Keeping records of commercial correspondence
• Understanding which pages buyers actually find useful, so we can improve them

4. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, connected through the Google Site Kit plugin, to measure traffic. Google sets cookies in your browser to do this, and processes the data on its own infrastructure under its own privacy terms.

Language is not handled by a cookie. Each language has its own address — for example /id/ or /zh/ — so the page you are reading is the page that was served, not an English page rewritten in your browser afterwards. Nothing about your language choice is sent to a third party.

One cookie is set only if you dismiss the banner that offers you another language. It records that you declined, so you are not asked again for the next six months. Your approximate country is read from your IP address by our own server at the moment the banner is decided, and is not stored.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site remains usable without them; only the accuracy of our traffic figures and the memory of a dismissed banner are affected.

5. Who Else Sees Your Data

We share personal data only where it is needed to do the thing you contacted us about, or where the law requires it. In practice that means:

• Our web hosting provider, which stores the site and its form submissions
• Google, as the analytics processor described above
• E-mail service providers used to send and receive our business correspondence
• Producing plants, inspection agencies, and freight partners — but only the shipment details necessary to execute an order you have placed

6. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept while the commercial conversation is reasonably live, and removed afterwards on request. Records connected to an actual shipment are kept for as long as Indonesian tax and trade record-keeping rules require.

7. Your Rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@agrointiraya.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are contacting us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, note that your data will be transferred to and stored in Indonesia, which is outside those jurisdictions. By sending us an enquiry you accept that transfer.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it. No website can promise absolute security, and we will not claim otherwise — but we do not store payment card details on this site at all, because no payment is ever taken here.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business site for the feed industry. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Language Versions

This policy is published in several languages so that you can read it in your own. The translations are provided for your convenience and are prepared with care, but legal meaning can shift between languages in ways that ordinary text does not.

Where a translated version differs from the English version, the English version applies. If any point matters to you and the wording is unclear, read the English page or write to us and we will explain it.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change what we collect or which third-party tools we use, we update this page and change the date at the top. There is no separate notification, so check the date if it matters to you.
