These terms govern your use of agrointiraya.com. They do not govern the sale of goods — that is done by a signed sales contract. Using this site means you accept what follows.

1. Nothing Here Is a Binding Offer
The information on this website is published so that buyers can evaluate whether to approach us. It is an invitation to enquire, not an offer capable of acceptance.
No contract exists between you and CV Agro Inti Raya until a quotation has been issued to you in writing, accepted within its stated validity period, and confirmed in a signed sales contract.
2. Specifications Are Indicative
Palm Kernel Expeller is a natural agricultural by-product. Moisture, protein, fibre and oil content vary between producing plants, production batches, and seasons. The ranges published on this site describe what the Indonesian market typically produces.
For any shipment, the Certificate of Analysis issued by the producing plant is the binding specification. Where a figure on this website differs from the COA, the COA governs. We do not reprocess or blend material to reach a figure published here.
3. Quotations and Pricing
We do not publish prices. Palm Kernel Expeller is a commodity whose price moves with specification, volume, shipment mode, port of loading, and timing — a fixed figure on a web page would be out of date within weeks.
Every quotation states its price basis, quantity, specification basis, shipment mode, loading port, and validity period. A quotation lapses when that period ends and is not automatically renewed at the same figure.
4. Supply Capability Statements
Volume figures on this site describe capability, not guaranteed availability. What can actually be committed depends on plant output and vessel slots in your window. It is confirmed in the quotation, not here.
5. Use of Feed Material
Palm Kernel Expeller is used mainly in ruminant rations and, at lower inclusion rates, in poultry and aquaculture feed. Nothing on this site is a feed formulation recommendation.
Inclusion rates must be set by qualified feed formulators in accordance with the nutritional requirements of the animals and the feed regulations in force at the destination. Compliance with import and feed-safety regulations in the destination country is the buyer's responsibility.
6. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The text, photographs, graphics, and page designs on this site belong to CV Agro Inti Raya unless stated otherwise. You may read, print, and quote from these pages for your own procurement evaluation.
You may not republish substantial parts of this site as your own commercial content, or present yourself as CV Agro Inti Raya or as an authorised agent of it.
7. Third-Party Names and Links
Where the names of inspection agencies, feed producers, or industry bodies appear on this site, they are used descriptively to identify companies and standards commonly recognised in the trade. Their appearance does not imply that those companies endorse, sponsor, or are commercially affiliated with CV Agro Inti Raya beyond any relationship expressly described.
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and take no responsibility for what they contain.
8. Accuracy and Availability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or free of error, and we do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, CV Agro Inti Raya is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone. Commercial decisions should rest on the written quotation and the COA, which is exactly why both exist.
9. Communication Channels
Enquiries by WhatsApp and e-mail are welcome, but a message on either channel is not itself a contract. Commercial terms are only binding once set out in a written quotation and signed sales contract.
10. Governing Law
Use of this website is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Contracts for the sale of goods carry their own governing law and dispute resolution clauses, agreed separately in the sales contract.
11. Language Versions
This site is published in six languages, each at its own address. The translations are prepared with care so that buyers can read the terms in their own language rather than guess at them.
These terms exist in English as the authoritative version. Where a translated page differs from the English page, the English wording applies. This is not a way of retreating from what the translations say — it is how any discrepancy is resolved without argument, and it is why every translated page links to its English counterpart.
Nothing in this clause affects the specification rules in section 2: for any shipment, the plant-issued Certificate of Analysis remains the binding specification, in any language.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
